March 1, 1934

The Eldridge home for the Feeble-Minded welcomed COM Psychology and Women's hygiene students to the asylum housing 2,538 inmates. The hospital cares for and trains patients from 7 months of age to 60 years old in handcrafts, writing, occupational work and how to care for themselves. The college students were allowed the visit to help with their studies.

March 22, 1961

Circle K sponsors a basketball game against COM instructors. Admission to the game is 15 cents and proceeds will either be used for school social functions or will be donated to charity.

March 14, 1947

COM is scheduled to air their own broadcasts on KTIM radio. The station will broadcast COM sporting events, classroom discussions and student productions. Engineering and broadcasting majors will be allowed to watch the programs from the broadcast booth.

March 8, 1961

The COM store lists upcoming prices for textbooks. College Physics including 425 solved problems $1.95, First Year College Math with 1850 solved problems $3.25 and binders are on sale for 65 cents.
