College of Marin president Jim Middleton was released from Kaiser Hospital Monday, March 24, after treatment for recurring blackouts, according to a college official.
While Middleton had been hospitalized for a heart attack several years ago, there was no indication that heart trouble was the cause of his recent blackouts, said C.O.M. public information officer Joan Lisetor.
She said he expected to return to his office as early as Friday, March 28.
