County Fair at the Marin County Civic Center in San Rafael. In 1st floor walk-through art gallery and 3rd level gallery. Open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Featuring six of COM artist David Quinley's unique non-commercial cartoons. Open until Oct. 24th. For information call 499-8350.
